Responsibilities
- Rebuild HR, learning, and organizational development business slides from images using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Enhance content structure, data visualization, visual storytelling, and slide layout for senior or client audiences.
- Edit and refine slide content while preserving critical HR and L&D definitions, caveats, and data accuracy.
- Document detailed rationales for improvements implemented and original elements deliberately retained.
- Analyze and strengthen message hierarchy, supporting evidence, and exhibit selection for each slide.
- Work with organization design decks, training modules, compensation reviews, and related HR materials.
- Complete each assignment within approximately 1–2 hours.
- Participate in project-based sprints with variable task volume.

Requirements
- 3+ years of proven expertise in HR, learning & development, organizational development, or workforce strategy.
- Demonstrated experience crafting executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or clients.
