Responsibilities
- Conduct or assess structured elicitation and interview sessions to extract accurate and relevant information from varied subjects.
- Establish rapport with participants to encourage open communication without pressure or coercion.
- Analyze responses in real time by reading tone, pacing, and nonverbal cues and dynamically adjusting questioning strategies.
- Assess internal consistency, reliability, and potential evasiveness of responses and provide confidence assessments.
- Identify and annotate emotional and motivational drivers influencing participant responses.
- Document analytical reasoning clearly and traceably for downstream review and learning.
- Score or annotate sessions according to detailed rubrics while maintaining objectivity and consistency across cases.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional interviewing, intelligence elicitation, or investigative questioning experience.
- Experience such as military HUMINT, law-enforcement interviewing, or skilled negotiation.
- Training in recognized interviewing methodologies such as the PEACE model, cognitive interviewing, or similar frameworks.
- Expertise interpreting paralinguistic and nonverbal cues including tone, pacing, hesitation, and gestures.
- Ability to clearly justify analytical assessments in writing rather than relying solely on intuition.
- Exceptional written English skills with clarity, precision, and defensibility.
- Experience working with diverse populations or through interpreters.
- Familiarity with data annotation, AI model evaluation, or after-action and assessment report writing.
- Ability to work at least approximately 15 hours per week.
