Responsibilities

• Reconstruct business slides from images using Microsoft PowerPoint while ensuring content accuracy and professional design.
• Enhance slides for clarity, data visualization, visual storytelling, and overall communication effectiveness.
• Document detailed rationales for all improvements and preserved elements.
• Defend both sound existing choices and changes made.
• Edit slide content for consistency, precision, and alignment with healthcare and life sciences standards.
• Work with clinical data presentations, market access strategies, product launch plans, and regulatory or safety summaries.
• Preserve healthcare and life sciences terminology, caveats, and domain-specific definitions with high fidelity.
• Complete each production task within approximately 1–2 hours per slide.
• Participate in project-based sprints with flexible timing.

Skills

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience in healthcare delivery, insurance, pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare consulting.
• Proven ability to create and edit executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or client audiences.
• Strong written communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, and design decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and data visualization techniques.
• Understanding of regulatory, safety, and market access contexts in healthcare and life sciences communications.
• Strong commitment to factual accuracy and preservation of domain-specific definitions and caveats.
• Prior experience in AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is a plus but not required.
