Navigate healthcare applications and workflows using practical domain knowledge and professional experience.
Assess whether AI-generated outputs are accurate, realistic, and aligned with how healthcare systems are used in professional settings.
Apply clinical workflow expertise involving patient records, billing cycles, medical coding, clinical documentation, and prior authorizations.
Provide detailed feedback, annotations, and evaluations according to project guidelines.
Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete AI outputs related to healthcare applications and workflows.
Collaborate with the project team and communicate domain-specific observations clearly.
Meet established project quality standards and delivery expectations.

Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing, medical coding, or a related healthcare role is preferred.
Direct working experience with one or more EHR or healthcare systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, MyChart, or CoverMyMeds is preferred.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, including patient records, billing cycles, coding, prior authorizations, or related healthcare processes.
Ability to navigate and evaluate professional healthcare applications.
Ability to assess AI-generated healthcare outputs for accuracy, realism, and alignment with real-world workflows.
Strong attention to detail when providing annotations, feedback, and quality evaluations.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Ability to follow structured project guidelines and quality standards.
Reliable internet connection.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Availability to start immediately is preferred.
