Responsibilities

- Navigate healthcare applications and workflows using practical domain knowledge and professional experience.
- Assess whether AI-generated outputs are accurate, realistic, and aligned with how healthcare systems are used in professional settings.
- Apply clinical workflow expertise involving patient records, billing cycles, medical coding, clinical documentation, and prior authorizations.
- Provide detailed feedback, annotations, and evaluations according to project guidelines.
- Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete AI outputs related to healthcare applications and workflows.
- Collaborate with the project team and communicate domain-specific observations clearly.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing, medical coding, or a related healthcare role is preferred.
- Direct working experience with one or more EHR or healthcare systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, MyChart, or CoverMyMeds is preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, including patient records, billing cycles, coding, prior authorizations, or related healthcare processes.
- Ability to navigate and evaluate professional healthcare applications.
- Ability to assess AI-generated healthcare outputs for accuracy, realism, and alignment with real-world workflows.
- Strong attention to detail when providing annotations, feedback, and quality evaluations.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Ability to follow structured project guidelines and quality standards.
- Reliable internet connection.
