Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify ambiguous audio content and resolve linguistic uncertainties.
Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of transcription accuracy and consistency.
Provide detailed feedback to improve transcription processes, guidelines, and language data quality.
Apply knowledge of German language nuances, regional dialects, and variations when evaluating audio and transcripts.
Maintain confidentiality and handle project data securely according to applicable project protocols.
