Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining commercial contracts.
- Practical experience negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
- Experience reviewing and negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Experience working with Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- Strong understanding of technology transactions and commercial legal risk.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in contract review and legal analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback.
- Ability to apply objective evaluation criteria consistently.
- Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
- Interest in innovation at the intersection of law, artificial intelligence, and legal technology.
- Prior exposure to AI, legal technology, or AI training initiatives is preferred but not required.
