  • Collaborate with product and research teams to refine legal AI training data.
  • Contribute to guidelines and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
  • Help improve how AI systems identify contractual risk and interpret legal language.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
  • Strong experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining commercial contracts.
  • Practical experience negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  • Experience working with Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
  • Strong understanding of technology transactions and commercial legal risk.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in contract review and legal analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback.
  • Ability to apply objective evaluation criteria consistently.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Interest in innovation at the intersection of law, artificial intelligence, and legal technology.
  • Prior exposure to AI, legal technology, or AI training initiatives is preferred but not required.
