Draft, review, analyze, and assess technology-related commercial agreements.
Review AI-generated responses to contract scenarios for legal accuracy and judgment.
Identify contractual risks, weaknesses, and issues in AI-generated legal outputs.
Provide expert legal feedback to improve AI model performance and output precision.
Create objective evaluation frameworks for assessing AI performance on legal tasks.
Develop grading criteria and rubrics for contract review and redlining exercises.
Apply practical in-house legal judgment to technology transaction scenarios.
Evaluate agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
Collaborate with product and research teams to refine legal AI training data.
Contribute to guidelines and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
Help improve how AI systems identify contractual risk and interpret legal language.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
Strong experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining commercial contracts.
Practical experience negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
Experience reviewing and negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Experience working with Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
Strong understanding of technology transactions and commercial legal risk.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail in contract review and legal analysis.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback.
Ability to apply objective evaluation criteria consistently.
Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
Interest in innovation at the intersection of law, artificial intelligence, and legal technology.
Prior exposure to AI, legal technology, or AI training initiatives is preferred but not required.
