Build small to medium features end-to-end, from the frontend interface through APIs and backend logic to the data layer.
Improve existing frontend and backend code to make it cleaner, more consistent, maintainable, and easier to understand.
Create reproducible Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on realistic full-stack software engineering problems.
Develop golden reference solutions for full-stack tasks involving debugging, feature implementation, API integration, and code improvements.
Document technical reasoning, development approaches, and code decisions to support high-quality AI training data.
Review peer-contributed code and technical submissions for correctness, quality, and clarity.

Requirements

At least 1 year of hands-on experience building both frontend and backend applications.
Experience with at least one frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
Experience with at least one backend stack such as Node.js and Express, Python with Django, Flask or FastAPI, Java with Spring, Go, or a similar technology.
Solid understanding of how frontend and backend systems communicate through APIs.
Ability to debug issues that cross frontend, backend, API, and database boundaries.
Experience building and integrating REST APIs and working with application data layers.
Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured application code.
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document technical decisions and reasoning.
Interest in AI and technical problem-solving; previous AI experience is not required.
