Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional frontend engineering experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, React or comparable frameworks, and modern HTML and CSS practices.
- Proven ability to author clear and technically rigorous documentation, including RFCs, ADRs, design notes, or code review feedback.
- Strong knowledge of component architecture and modern frontend design patterns.
- Strong understanding of frontend state management patterns.
- Experience with frontend performance analysis and optimization.
- Demonstrated familiarity with accessibility and inclusive web development best practices.
- Experience with server-side rendering, client-side rendering, and static site generation strategies.
- Exceptional written English communication skills with the ability to explain sophisticated technical subjects to varied audiences.
- Background with leading technology organizations or top academic institutions is a plus.
