Responsibilities

Contribute clear code samples, debugging approaches, and development insights using JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI bugs, layout issues, and state-related problems across different codebases.
Build small to medium interface features while keeping components clean, reusable, maintainable, and easy to understand.
Improve existing frontend code for better readability, performance, consistency, and maintainability.
Create reproducible Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on realistic frontend software engineering problems.
Develop golden reference solutions for frontend tasks involving bug fixes, feature implementation, and component improvements.
Document technical reasoning, development approaches, and code decisions to support high-quality AI training data.
Review peer-contributed code and technical submissions for correctness, quality, and clarity.

Requirements

At least 1 year of hands-on experience building user interfaces with JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern frontend framework.
Practical experience with React, Vue, Angular, or another modern component-based frontend framework.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and component-based architecture.
Ability to debug UI issues using browser developer tools and reason through state, rendering, and component behavior.
Comfort working across different codebases and quickly understanding unfamiliar components and application structures.
Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend code.
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document technical decisions and reasoning.
Interest in AI and technical problem-solving; previous AI experience is not required.
