Exceptional multitasking abilities, including managing simultaneous requests via radio, phone, and digital platforms.
Proficiency in applying, following, and interpreting standardized emergency protocols and checklists; APCO or NENA certification is valued.
Demonstrated capacity for clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and make rapid, accurate prioritization decisions.
Familiarity with the unique challenges and workflows of emergency dispatch environments.
Experience contributing to training, evaluation, or improvement of operational procedures is a plus.
