Contributors will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs, review financial statements and reconciliations, assess financial-system workflows, apply grading rubrics, and develop realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers. Accounting proficiency is the primary focus, supported by hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems across processes from transaction capture through month-end close and financial reporting. No prior AI experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for technical accuracy, including accounting treatments, calculations, journal entries, and explanations.
- Review, analyze, and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and close workpapers.
- Identify accounting misstatements and provide correct treatments together with clear rationale.
- Assess accounting workflows and financial-system logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
- Apply written rubrics and grading guidelines consistently when rating or ranking AI-generated outputs.
- Identify and flag ambiguous accounting or evaluation cases when appropriate.
- Develop real-world accounting scenarios and reference answers reflecting practices used in modern financial systems.
- Provide clear and actionable written feedback to project and model teams to support ongoing system improvement.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, month-end close, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management or cost accounting, or FP&A involving substantive accounting work.
- Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, or financial statements.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday, or comparable platforms, or strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel environments.
- Strong accounting judgment and understanding of financial reporting and close processes.
- Ability to identify issues within financial systems and document them clearly.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or above.
- Reliable internet connection and immediate availability.
- Familiarity with adjacent finance tools such as BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI is highly regarded.
- Prior paid experience with AI data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is a plus but not required.
- Previous verified participation in micro1 projects is a plus.
- No prior experience in AI is required.
