Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine authentic federal reporting artifacts such as Weekly Action Reports, Situation Reports, after-action summaries, and executive briefings.
- Develop clear written responses and summaries that reflect federal and military reporting styles and standards.
- Evaluate and grade project submissions for clarity, accuracy, compliance, and adherence to reporting conventions.
- Contribute input artifacts and golden reference responses for status, activity, and compliance report types.
- Support the creation of guidelines, criteria, and evaluation rubrics for AI-generated federal reports and staff writing.
- Consult on task design and requirements using specialized reporting expertise.
- Participate in feedback cycles to ensure deliverables meet evolving project and client standards.

Requirements
- Based in the United States.
- Minimum 3 years of federal reporting or staff writing experience.
- Prior experience as a federal professional in the U.S. Department of War/Defense is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise producing WARs, MARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries, and similar documents.
- Background with one or more branches of the U.S. military.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of clarity, tone, and federal style-guide compliance.
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for official reports, memos, and presentations.
- Ability to explain reporting methodology and provide feedback for training and assessment.
- Proven track record of confidential and compliant report handling in a federal or military context.
