Equity Research Analyst / Associate
micro1 is engaging Equity Research Analysts and Associates for a short-term engagement supporting a customer's initiative to train next-generation AI systems. Contributors will apply recent sell-side equity research expertise to evaluate AI-powered financial research tools, participate in expert interviews, and provide actionable feedback on research workflows, usability, and analytical output.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure feedback is actionable and aligned with project objectives.
- Provide clear written and verbal feedback on financial research workflows and AI outputs.

Requirements
- Current or recent experience as a sell-side Equity Research Analyst or Associate.
- Experience publishing research, ratings, price targets, earnings notes, or coverage initiations for public companies.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools used in financial research or analysis workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience participating in or conducting interviews, panel discussions, or feedback sessions on industry tools and practices.
- Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and industry expertise.
- Ability to evaluate and synthesize information from multiple sources into actionable insights.
- Background working with institutional clients and familiarity with published sell-side research standards.
