Ability to connect data sources, configure permissions and authentication, and integrate AI agents with productivity tools and business systems.
Hands-on experience as a workflow builder rather than only an end user.
Experience designing, implementing, and operating multi-tool agentic workflows.
Familiarity with tools and integrations such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Jira, MCP connectors, APIs, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
Strong analytical skills for identifying AI model performance gaps and developing creative solutions grounded in business needs.
Ability to articulate complex process requirements and improvement strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong interest in advancing AI adoption and enablement within dynamic business environments.
