Responsibilities
- Complete realistic teaching-related digital tasks using AI assistant tools under standardized conditions.
- Handle tasks such as emailing parents and students, scheduling conferences, booking field trips, and coordinating with colleagues.
- Read and follow detailed multi-step task instructions and grading guidelines precisely.
- Give AI assistants clear instructions for real-world tasks and review their work for accuracy, tone, grammar, completeness, and instruction adherence.
- Evaluate, rank, and annotate AI assistant responses using detailed grading guidelines.
- Assess language quality, literary and stylistic appropriateness, clarity, tone, and audience suitability.
- Use knowledge of literature, rhetoric, and composition to evaluate AI-generated writing.
- Use AI training tools and platforms to record findings and submit evaluation data according to project standards.

Requirements
- Based in the United States.
- Have an iPhone with iMessage and a Facebook and/or Instagram account.
- Bachelor's degree in English, literature, creative writing, linguistics, comparative literature, education, or a related humanities field.
- Experience teaching English or literature at the K-12, college, or adult education level.
- Strong ability to follow detailed, multi-step instructions accurately.
- Solid knowledge of literary analysis, writing conventions, and grammar.
- Daily hands-on use of Google Classroom, including assignments, announcements, feedback, due dates, and communication with students and parents.
- Regular use of Gmail and Google Calendar.
- Experience using AI tools for practical tasks and reviewing AI assistant outputs.
- Exceptional attention to detail in grammar, tone, and accuracy.
- Master's degree or advanced coursework in English, literature, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior AI evaluation, data labeling, user testing, prompt writing, rubric development, or structured writing feedback experience is preferred.
