DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios involving CI/CD, containers, orchestration, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and incident response.
• Write working reference solutions with clear setup, execution, and validation steps.
• Review AI-generated technical outputs, identify failures, and provide precise corrections with supporting reasoning.
• Maintain strict standards for technical correctness, reproducibility, and solution quality.
• Provide structured feedback that improves future task design and AI evaluation quality.

Skills

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript, with the ability to produce production-quality technical solutions.
• Practical experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or comparable tools.
• Advanced Linux and Git skills.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry is preferred.
• Background in security, secrets management, or platform reliability is advantageous.
• Open source contributions or technical writing experience is a plus.
• Previous AI training data or model evaluation experience is preferred but not required.
