Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in product design, UX design, UI or visual design, frontend engineering, or a closely related field.
- Frontend engineering experience may include JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or comparable modern frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise producing high-quality written deliverables such as design documents, case studies, design system documentation, usability reports, RFCs, or ADRs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex or nuanced information.
- Proficiency with Figma and contemporary design systems.
- Deep familiarity with accessibility best practices.
- Ability to analyze and explain frontend architecture and technical trade-offs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in analytical writing.
