Derivatives Counsel (ISDA Specialist)
micro1 is seeking experienced Derivatives Counsels for a part-time project at the intersection of law and AI. Experts will perform simulated ISDA negotiations and redlining exercises, evaluate AI responses to derivatives contract scenarios, create objective evaluation frameworks, and collaborate with product and research teams to improve AI-driven contract review systems. Compensation is task-based, with an average handling time of approximately 3.5 hours per task and an effective hourly rate dependent on completed and approved tasks.
