Responsibilities

Conduct spot-checks of transformed datasets to identify and validate proper redaction or anonymization of PII.
Perform detailed document reviews to verify that data privacy standards are consistently upheld.
Assess datasets for missed, exposed, or improperly handled sensitive information.
Verify that personally identifiable information has been appropriately transformed or protected.
Identify discrepancies and potential privacy issues within reviewed datasets.
Provide clear and actionable feedback when privacy or data-handling issues are identified.
Document observations, findings, and discrepancies using provided tools and templates.
Apply consistent quality assurance standards across privacy reviews.
Support the protection of sensitive information in high-stakes datasets.
Contribute professional privacy and document-review expertise to AI training data quality.

Strong background in contract review, quality assurance, eDiscovery, compliance, or related processes.
In-depth understanding of personally identifiable information (PII) and data privacy principles.
Experience reviewing documents or datasets containing sensitive information.
Ability to identify improperly redacted, anonymized, or exposed personal information.
Experience in legal document review, litigation support, or managed legal services is preferred.
Relevant professional backgrounds may include Paralegal, eDiscovery Specialist, Privacy Analyst, Information Governance Specialist, Compliance Manager, or Legal Document Review Lead.
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
Proven ability to maintain accuracy when reviewing sensitive or high-stakes information.
Ability to document findings clearly and provide actionable feedback.
Comfort working independently in a remote project environment.
