Responsibilities
- Place and receive phone calls on behalf of customers for reservations, appointment scheduling, vendor confirmations, and other requested tasks.
- Communicate professionally with businesses and service providers to gather information and fulfill customer requests.
- Navigate automated phone menus, hold queues, and call centers efficiently to reach the appropriate contact.
- Accurately document outcomes and important details from every call while maintaining confidentiality.
- Handle a high volume of short and consecutive calls covering a variety of customer needs.
- Collaborate with other remote professionals to maintain a consistent and high-quality customer service experience.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive customer information.
- Remain fully active and responsive throughout every scheduled shift.

Requirements
- Must be located in Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile, or Brazil.
- Demonstrated experience in executive assistance, virtual assistance, concierge services, or phone-based customer support.
- Fluent, neutral, and clear spoken English with strong improvisational and live conversation skills for US-based interactions.
- Confidence making outbound calls, including cold calls, and navigating automated phone systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Access to a quality wired or USB headset.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple consecutive tasks, and consistently provide high-quality remote service.
- Committed shift-based availability for an initial 4-week engagement.
- Availability to work four 5-hour shifts per week, up to 20 hours per week.
- Weekend availability is required for a portion of the team.
- Selected candidates are expected to begin their first shifts within 24–48 hours after completing onboarding.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or travel is preferred; negotiation or escalation experience is a plus.
- No prior experience in AI is required.
