- Define accurate solutions accompanied by clear and defensible financial reasoning for each task.
- Develop detailed, multi-point rubrics with 35 or more criteria focused on numerical rigor, methodological soundness, and narrative quality for grading AI agent outputs.
- Ensure tasks reflect the full sophistication and nuance of true corporate finance practice, avoiding oversimplified or textbook-style examples.
- Communicate findings and financial rationales clearly and precisely in both written and verbal formats as part of submission requirements.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with direct ownership of a P&L or significant departmental budget in a corporate finance setting.
- Hands-on expertise with month-end and quarter-end close processes, including reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and management, with a strong track record of producing accurate numerical work.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Corporate finance experience is strongly preferred over a pure accounting specialization.
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or FMVA, or an MBA, are considered advantageous.
