Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited institution and active bar membership, or international equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of practicing attorney experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial litigation, capital markets, or private equity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex legal materials clearly and precisely.
