Corporate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex legal scenarios in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets to develop high-fidelity AI training datasets.
• Draft, review, and annotate legal documents for accuracy and nuanced legal context.
• Evaluate commercial litigation cases and distill key facts and legal arguments into structured data.
• Assess and synthesize corporate law issues and provide expert insight on best practices and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to translate legal reasoning into structured insights for AI model development.
• Identify inconsistencies and ambiguities in legal materials to improve data quality and model reliability.
• Deliver detailed and precise feedback on model outputs while maintaining legal nuance and real-world applicability.

Skills

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited institution and active bar membership, or international equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of practicing attorney experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial litigation, capital markets, or private equity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex legal materials clearly and precisely.
• Experience drafting and reviewing transactional documents or litigation materials.
• Background in computer science, technical domains, or previous AI/data annotation experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate legal reasoning to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
