Corporate Attorney (BigLaw Firms)

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze complex corporate documents, contracts, and deal structures involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets.
• Provide accurate and detailed input on nuanced legal scenarios to support AI model training.
• Evaluate commercial litigation materials and identify important legal principles and procedural details.
• Provide expert feedback on legal reasoning, issue spotting, and drafting approaches.
• Support the creation and refinement of legal datasets by annotating, categorizing, and explaining key corporate law issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet high standards for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with U.S. legal practice.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers to align on evaluation rubrics and quality expectations.

Skills

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Recent experience, either current or within the last three years, at a top-tier BigLaw firm.
• Professional experience focused on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, or related high-value transactional matters.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation and sophisticated corporate legal matters.
• Exceptional attention to detail when analyzing and interpreting legal documents.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements and legal instruments.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts.
• Experience with legal data annotation or rubric-based review is advantageous but not required.
