Requirements
- Strong professional expertise in corporate law and legal analysis.
- Excellent legal research and legal writing skills.
- Strong understanding of contract law, contract interpretation, and contract drafting.
- Ability to critically evaluate complex legal reasoning and identify analytical errors.
- Ability to identify hallucinated citations and incorrect legal authorities.
- Understanding of jurisdictional differences and their impact on legal analysis.
- Ability to create expert-level prompts, reference answers, and detailed legal critiques.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to explain legal concepts clearly in plain English.
- At least one year of experience as an attorney at a top-tier law firm is preferred, with at least part of that experience within the past seven years.
- Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university is preferred.
- Being based in an English-speaking country is preferred.
