Develop accurate and rigorous reference answers for complex legal questions.
Produce detailed critiques of AI-generated legal responses.
Identify hallucinated legal citations, authorities, and references.
Detect flawed legal analysis, incorrect conclusions, and jurisdictional errors.
Assess the quality and accuracy of AI reasoning across corporate law, contracts, and related legal matters.
Provide structured expert feedback that improves AI model performance on legal tasks.

Requirements

Strong professional expertise in corporate law and legal analysis.
Excellent legal research and legal writing skills.
Strong understanding of contract law, contract interpretation, and contract drafting.

Ability to identify hallucinated citations and incorrect legal authorities.
Understanding of jurisdictional differences and their impact on legal analysis.
Ability to create expert-level prompts, reference answers, and detailed legal critiques.
Excellent written communication skills and ability to explain legal concepts clearly in plain English.
At least one year of experience as an attorney at a top-tier law firm is preferred, with at least part of that experience within the past seven years.
Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university is preferred.
Being based in an English-speaking country is preferred.
