Contract Attorney

This opportunity is for experienced lawyers who want to help shape how advanced AI is trained, evaluated, and applied in real-world legal work, particularly professionals with deep experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining technology contracts. Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience focused on technology contracts, particularly negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
