Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience providing Tier 2 or Tier 3 IT support.
- Strong experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across multiple platforms.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VPN, and DNS.
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, or a combination of operating systems.
- Proficiency with ticket management systems and technical incident documentation.
