- Gather, document, and validate requirements from diverse stakeholders while ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Develop detailed business process models using industry-standard methodologies to support system enhancements.
- Use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for process optimization and issue resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges and propose actionable solutions to support platform development.
- Collaborate remotely with project managers, developers, and other professionals to maintain deliverable quality and alignment with customer needs.
- Contribute domain expertise to the design and validation of AI training data and scenarios.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a closely related technical consulting role.
- Expertise in systems analysis, requirements elicitation, and business process modeling using methodologies such as BPMN or UML.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success collaborating virtually on remote projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to producing high-quality work.
- Experience with technology-driven transformation or AI-related initiatives is advantageous but not required.
- Must be based in the United States.
