Responsibilities

- Proven track record of successful vendor management and negotiation, particularly with external technology providers.
- Strong familiarity with establishing, monitoring, and enforcing SLAs and reporting on vendor performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex progress updates for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience producing clear, actionable project documentation and executive-level reports.
- Background in contributing to or leading projects where insights informed process improvements or technology adoption decisions.
