Responsibilities

- Generate high-quality examples and technical feedback to inform and improve AI model training.
- Communicate findings, technical insights, and workflows effectively through written and verbal channels.

Requirements
- Advanced hands-on experience in computational physics with a strong track record of technical problem-solving and research.
- Proficiency with and demonstrable experience using Codex, Claude Science, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork in real-world technical settings.
- Current or recent experience as a STEM professional applying AI agents to technical workflows beyond simple coding assistance.
- Ability to clearly describe complex, end-to-end technical solutions and the AI agentic tools used throughout the process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on detailed technical documentation.
- Experience generating agent-driven sequences for problem-solving rather than relying primarily on chat-based interactions.
- Familiarity with debugging, architectural change management, and development within large-scale code environments using AI tools.
