Responsibilities
- Review submitted CNC job packs and verify whether they appear to originate from real CNC manufacturing work.
- Check submitted files for publicly available, AI-generated, generic, or artificially created content.
- Verify that files belong to the same part, job, drawing number, customer part number, or production workflow.
- Evaluate the technical completeness and consistency of each CNC job pack.
- Review engineering drawings, ballooned drawings, tolerances, material specifications, setup sheets, tooling lists, process flow charts, control plans, and inspection documents.
- Check CNC production artifacts such as G-code, CAM outputs, toolpath documents, and setup instructions for meaningful connections to the job.
- Identify missing, incomplete, weak, or inconsistent manufacturing artifacts.
- Flag confidential, personal, customer, or company-sensitive information that should be redacted.
- Provide a concise quality assessment and recommendation, such as accept, accept with minor issues, request more information, or reject.

Requirements
- Direct experience in CNC manufacturing, CNC programming, machining, or manufacturing quality control.
- Practical experience with CNC milling and/or CNC turning.
- Ability to read and evaluate engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining tolerances.
- Experience with CNC setup sheets and machining instructions.
- Understanding of CAD/CAM workflows and manufacturing documentation.
- Familiarity with G-code or NC files and CNC tooling documentation.
- Ability to evaluate process routings, job cards, travelers, inspection reports, and control plans.
- Understanding of real shop-floor manufacturing documentation and production workflows.
- Ability to identify incomplete, fake, publicly available, or low-value manufacturing files.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear written feedback in English.
- Availability for part-time, project-based review work.
