Responsibilities

- Determine the accurate engineering solution for each task, ensuring all relevant regulatory and geometric constraints are satisfied.
- Craft comprehensive, multi-item rubrics designed for LLM-based assessment, grading solutions for technical correctness and adherence to codes.
- Create and validate high-volume, realistic data files including CSVs, PDFs, and spreadsheets representative of typical project documentation.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to iteratively refine task clarity, realism, and evaluative standards.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience contributing to civil engineering projects across diverse domains.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or active pursuit of licensure is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated mastery in preparing and managing technical documentation, including code-compliance and design specifications.
- Experience sourcing and interpreting regulatory codes and integrating them into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in generating or reviewing complex technical artifacts such as drawings, reports, and datasets used for project evaluation.
- Ability to reason about intricate constraints and deliver solutions that reflect real-world engineering practice.
- Strong written communication skills for authoring clear, comprehensive evaluation materials.
