Responsibilities

Requirements
- Completed MD, PhD in Psychology, or PhD in Social Work.
- Extensive clinical experience working with children and youth who are victims of abuse.
- Youth abuse trauma should represent a primary or exclusive area of clinical practice.
- Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed practices and interventions for young abuse survivors.
- Active clinical engagement in the field, with the majority of professional working time dedicated to supporting abuse victims.
- Strong clinical assessment and case analysis capabilities.
- Ability to identify clinically inaccurate, unsafe, insensitive, or ethically problematic mental health guidance.
- Commitment to maintaining professional ethical standards and safeguarding participant privacy, confidentiality, and well-being.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams and participate in iterative review processes.
- Ability to clearly document clinical recommendations and evaluation findings.
- No prior professional AI experience is required.
