Child Development Psychologist (PhD)

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, review, and annotate datasets relevant to child development and developmental psychology for AI system training.

Requirements
- Doctorate (PhD) in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Strong expertise in child development or developmental psychology through research, academic work, or related professional experience.
- Ability to evaluate data and scenarios involving children's learning, behavior, cognitive development, and psychosocial development.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and ability to assess developmental content across diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting findings, recommendations, and evaluation decisions.
- Ability to work independently using remote digital platforms while collaborating effectively with a distributed interdisciplinary team.
- Experience with technology-driven, digital, or AI-focused projects related to child development is highly desirable.
- Direct clinical experience is not required.
- Proficiency in Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Lithuanian, Russian, Georgian, Polish, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Turkish, Gujarati, or Bulgarian is prioritized.
