Responsibilities

Evaluate, review, and annotate datasets relevant to child development and developmental psychology for AI system training.
Provide detailed feedback on the accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and developmental relevance of data and AI model outputs.
Contribute expert analysis to scenario development, test cases, and realistic situations involving children's learning and behavior.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to inform model improvements and maintain psychological integrity in AI interactions.
Create and refine guidelines that help AI systems address linguistic, cognitive, and psychosocial aspects of child development across diverse backgrounds.
Document findings, evaluations, and recommendations clearly and thoroughly to support ongoing AI research and development.

Requirements

Doctorate (PhD) in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or a closely related field.
Strong expertise in child development or developmental psychology through research, academic work, or related professional experience.
Ability to evaluate data and scenarios involving children's learning, behavior, cognitive development, and psychosocial development.
Strong cross-cultural awareness and ability to assess developmental content across diverse backgrounds.
Excellent written communication skills for documenting findings, recommendations, and evaluation decisions.
Ability to work independently using remote digital platforms while collaborating effectively with a distributed interdisciplinary team.
Experience with technology-driven, digital, or AI-focused projects related to child development is highly desirable.
Direct clinical experience is not required.
Proficiency in Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Lithuanian, Russian, Georgian, Polish, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Turkish, Gujarati, or Bulgarian is prioritized.
