Contributors will participate in realistic one-on-one career coaching conversations, simulate common coaching scenarios, and provide practical guidance based on real-world experience. The work will help train next-generation AI systems to better understand career planning, job searches, interviews, professional development, workplace challenges, and career transitions. No prior AI experience is required.
