Business Intelligence & Analytics Expert

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide feedback on data dashboards, analytical reports, and visualizations across BI platforms.
• Develop, validate, or refine interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, Databricks, or comparable tools.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot calculation logic, data sources, and metrics to ensure accurate and reliable analytical outputs.
• Assess KPI tracking and reporting structures for accuracy, relevance, and actionable insights.
• Interact with AI-powered agents and workplace connectors such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork to enhance or review analytical workflows.
• Document findings, provide structured feedback, and summarize improvements or corrections for data-driven processes.
• Contribute to best practices for integrating BI tools with platforms such as Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.

Skills

Requirements

• Professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or data visualization.
• Technical proficiency with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, Databricks, or MySQL.
• Proven experience building, managing, or validating dashboards, analytical workflows, and metric reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, Claude Code, or Claude Cowork.
• Experience integrating BI platforms with workplace systems or cloud-based data sources.
• Strong attention to detail when identifying inconsistencies or errors in analytical outputs, calculations, and KPIs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to provide actionable feedback.
