Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, market or policy research, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven experience producing professional written deliverables such as business cases, research reports, requirements documents, or process documentation.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar technologies is preferred.
