micro1 is engaging Bilingual Vietnamese Psychiatrists to contribute to a customer-focused project supporting next-generation AI training. Experts will develop and evaluate culturally nuanced psychiatric case studies, provide expert assessments and annotations reflecting Vietnamese psychiatric practices, produce bilingual documentation, review sensitive content ethically, and provide feedback on AI evaluation methods in mental health. No prior AI experience is required.

Requirements
- MD, MBBS, or equivalent medical degree with completed psychiatry residency
- Valid medical license
- Native Vietnamese fluency and advanced English proficiency
- Extensive psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation experience in Vietnamese clinical settings
- Strong cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning
- Experience developing teaching materials or case studies for educational or research purposes
- Experience with interdisciplinary projects involving technology, research, or digital health
- Familiarity with Western and Vietnamese psychiatric frameworks
