Bilingual Mental Health Expert
micro1 is engaging Bilingual Mental Health Experts for a customer project focused on enhancing AI systems with nuanced psychological and psychiatric expertise. Contributors will evaluate AI-generated psychological content, develop and review clinical case studies and assessment datasets, identify inaccuracies and biases, provide evidence-based feedback, and help ensure AI responses align with clinical, ethical, cultural, and linguistic best practices. The role requires advanced mental health expertise combined with native proficiency in one of the specified languages and advanced English communication skills. No prior AI experience is required.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Completed Ph.D. in Psychology or MD with completed psychiatry residency.
- Native proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
