Bilingual Japanese Psychologist (PhD)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced feedback and professional insights.
• Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in both Japanese and English for data enrichment and AI model training.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with established psychological best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute psychological perspectives and support effective solutions for diverse user needs.
• Document evaluation processes, methodologies, and findings clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.
• Use bilingual Japanese-English communication to interpret and refine psychological assessments while maintaining fidelity across languages and cultural contexts.

Skills

Requirements

• PhD in Psychology with demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
• Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and English.
• Ability to work with complex psychological terminology accurately in both Japanese and English.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a demonstrated record of ethical decision-making.
• Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and assessments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly when communicating nuanced psychological concepts across Japanese and English.
• Familiarity with digital tools for remote collaboration and effective documentation.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments.
