Provide nuanced legal insights and guidance on sophisticated legal matters.
Perform in-depth legal research in support of project objectives.

Draft, review, and edit legal memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other legal documents.
Evaluate legal content for substantive accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
Provide structured expert feedback on legal texts and AI-generated legal materials.

Identify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and unsupported conclusions in legal content.
