Audio Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review and annotate audio and robotic video data according to provided project guidelines.
• Identify common audio issues including background noise, clipping, distortion, echo, hum, and dropouts.
• Assess the quality and clarity of audio recordings and accurately categorize identified issues.
• Provide clear labels, notes, and feedback on reviewed content.
• Follow annotation guidelines consistently across assigned tasks.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy throughout the review process.
• Communicate findings clearly with the project team.

Skills

Requirements

• Professional or academic experience in audio engineering, audio production, sound editing, or a related field.
• Good understanding of audio quality and common recording issues.
• Familiarity with audio editing or production tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable reviewing video and audio content and completing annotation tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
