Responsibilities
- Source and engage companies with valuable operational data across a variety of industries.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and closing B2B partnerships or complex commercial deals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to establish credibility with senior decision-makers.
- Comfort discussing sensitive topics including privacy, security, confidentiality, anonymization, and data ownership.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
- Strong discovery, qualification, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and developing partnership pipelines.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or comparable sales and prospecting platforms.
- Resourceful and execution-oriented approach with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments.
- Experience in AI, data, SaaS, marketplaces, technology partnerships, or data licensing is preferred.
- Experience working with SMBs, founders, or owner-operated businesses is advantageous.
