Responsibilities

• Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to support the preparation and auditing of financial statements.
• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Evaluate financial statements prepared by others for accounting accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on financial reporting and established accounting practices.
• Advise on accounting compliance requirements and relevant financial regulations.
• Install, review, or provide guidance on systems used to record costs and budgetary data.
• Apply accounting, economics, taxation, and regulatory knowledge to AI training assignments.
• Contribute realistic accounting and auditing examples to improve AI training datasets.
• Identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, and compliance issues within financial documentation.
• Provide insights into cost accounting and budgetary control processes.
• Help AI systems better understand financial records, accounting procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Document accounting findings and recommendations clearly and accurately.
• Communicate complex financial concepts effectively through written and verbal explanations.

Skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Strong knowledge of economics, taxation, law, and government regulations relevant to accounting.
• Substantial experience preparing, reviewing, or auditing financial statements.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and budgetary controls.
• Ability to evaluate accounting records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to financial data accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills for technical and financial subject matter.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex accounting concepts.
• Professional experience as a CPA, Cost Accountant, Financial Auditor, General Accountant, Internal Auditor, Revenue Tax Specialist, or comparable accounting professional.
• CPA, CMA, CIA, or another advanced accounting certification is preferred.
• Experience advising on or implementing accounting systems and financial controls is preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex accounting and financial concepts to diverse audiences.
