Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer
micro1 is engaging highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineers for a global, fully remote AI training project focused on software development, technical problem-solving, debugging, system architecture, and code evaluation. Contributors will work across front-end and back-end systems, develop and review challenging software-engineering tasks, trace requests across complete application stacks, diagnose complex failures, translate coding builds between programming languages, and evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness, performance, security, and maintainability. The role is output-based and requires approximately 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and debug front-end and back-end application components.
