Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market and distribution strategies for research, benchmarks, evaluations, and technical work.
- Establish publication-readiness standards for research and benchmarks, partnering with researchers to ensure methodology, claims, results, and supporting materials are rigorous and defensible.
- Develop positioning and narratives that translate complex technical findings into clear and differentiated stories without sacrificing technical accuracy.
- Identify high-impact research opportunities by analyzing emerging AI trends, open questions, competitive research, and practitioner needs.
- Shape research packaging and distribution through research pages, benchmark releases, technical content, launch materials, and other assets.
- Build relationships with researchers, AI labs, developers, technical communities, and influential practitioners.
- Drive adoption of research and benchmarks by identifying relevant audiences, communities, and distribution channels.
- Measure research impact through adoption, citations, engagement, usage, and qualitative feedback.
- Create feedback loops between the market and research teams to inform future benchmarks, evaluations, and research priorities.

Requirements
- Experience marketing, launching, or driving adoption of technical research, AI/ML products, developer products, benchmarks, evaluations, or similarly complex technical work.
- Strong track record developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technical audiences.
- Ability to deeply understand technical work and translate it into clear, credible, differentiated positioning and narratives.
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML research ecosystem, including research labs, research trends, benchmarks, evaluations, and technical communities.
- Exceptional written communication skills for both highly technical and broader audiences.
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to assess technical claims, supporting evidence, and research materials for external publication.
- Experience building relationships with researchers, technical leaders, developers, or AI communities.
- High ownership and ability to take ambiguous initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and commitment to technical accuracy and quality.
- Preferred background in AI, machine learning, computer science, or another technical field.
- Preferred experience at an AI lab, AI-native company, research organization, developer-focused company, or highly technical startup.
- Familiarity with academic publishing, AI benchmarks, evaluations, citations, and research dissemination.
