Responsibilities
- Work with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop to review and manage accounting workflows.
- Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Maintain the Chart of Accounts, customer records, and vendor information.
- Review financial data and identify accounting errors, inconsistencies, and workflow issues.
- Apply practical accounting knowledge to validate workflows and provide domain-specific insights for AI training.
