Product Manager / Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Assess and compare AI-generated responses to writing prompts involving specifications, release notes, user-facing copy, stakeholder updates, and other product content.
• Score AI-generated responses based on clarity, tone, adherence to instructions, and usefulness for the intended audience.
• Write detailed rationales explaining the reasoning behind each evaluation score.
• Determine whether generated content satisfies prompt requirements and the needs of its intended audience.
• Identify cases where fluent writing fails to answer the requested question or where otherwise complete responses are unsuitable for users.
• Detect factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and content that exceeds or fails to satisfy prompt constraints.
• Evaluate whether content is appropriately tailored for executives, technical stakeholders, or end users.
• Provide clear and actionable written feedback on technical and user-facing product documentation.
• Collaborate virtually and asynchronously with project managers and reviewers to maintain consistency and quality across assessments.

Skills

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Product Manager or certified Product Owner with a strong record in cross-functional product development.
• Deep product management or product ownership expertise focused on content, requirements, and specification evaluation.
• Native-level English fluency and exceptional written communication skills.
• Extensive experience authoring and evaluating specifications, PRDs, acceptance criteria, release notes, decision documents, or comparable product materials.
• Demonstrated ability to determine whether content is appropriately tailored for executives, technical stakeholders, or end users.
• Proven ability to provide actionable written feedback on technical or user-facing documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and critical analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and reviewers in a virtual and asynchronous environment.
• Candidates whose primary backgrounds are project management, programme management, delivery management, or scrum leadership without deep product management or product ownership expertise are not suited to this engagement.
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation, RLHF, or annotation is a plus but not required.
• No prior professional AI experience is required.
