Responsibilities
- Author and review realistic evaluation tasks based on medical education modules, advisory board summaries, scientific slide decks, HCP materials, and digital medical content.
- Evaluate AI-generated medical communications for scientific accuracy, fair balance, and audience-appropriate framing for HCP and patient audiences.
- Assess tone, strategic messaging, clarity, and visual presentation logic while ensuring accurate communication of complex scientific concepts.
- Trace claims, infographics, and slide statements to underlying scientific literature, trial data, and clinical summaries.
- Provide clear, structured, and detailed written feedback explaining model successes and deficiencies.
- Collaborate with project leads to establish benchmarks, quality rubrics, and evaluation frameworks for medical communications content generation.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Communications, Medical Education, or Medical Affairs within a specialized agency, biotech/pharma sponsor, or consultancy.
- Direct experience creating diverse Medical Communications deliverables, including scientific slide decks, advisory board summaries, medical education modules, and web or digital content.
- Strong understanding of medical affairs strategy, scientific platform alignment, and regulatory/compliance constraints for HCP and patient communications.
- Ability to review visual and textual content holistically while maintaining data integrity and audience engagement.
- Exceptional written communication skills with experience providing structured critique and editorial guidance.
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine such as PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc, or equivalent professional industry experience.
- Broad therapeutic exposure; experience in oncology, neurology, or cardiology is highly desirable.
