Brand & Creative Strategy Expert — Executive Presentation Review

Responsibilities

• Receive images of client business slides and reconstruct them in Microsoft PowerPoint while improving clarity and visual impact.
• Enhance slide structure, visual storytelling, data visualization, and messaging flow for executive and client-facing contexts.
• Edit slide content to improve message hierarchy, action titles, clarity, and overall narrative.
• Document all changes in a detailed change log and explain the rationale behind each decision.
• Provide clear reasoning for decisions to retain original slide elements without modification.
• Critically assess each slide while balancing presentation design best practices with the intent and context of the original content.
• Deliver each reviewed and improved slide together with its change log within 1–2 hours per assignment.

Skills

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at a recognized advertising agency, holding company, brand consultancy, or in-house brand or marketing team at a major brand or technology company.
• Proven hands-on experience creating client-facing or executive presentations, including new business pitches, campaign reviews, or strategic brand decks.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, slide reconstruction, and presentation design.
• Expertise in transforming complex data into compelling and visually engaging slides.
• Strong written communication and content editing skills with a critical eye for detail.
• Ability to provide clear and defensible rationale for changes made and decisions to preserve original content.
• Prior experience evaluating AI output or training AI models is a plus.
