Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong backend experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++, or similar technologies.
- Track record of building scalable services and APIs.
- Comfort with debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
- Solid code review instincts.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality and performant backend projects.
- Background in cybersecurity, such as penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or security code reviews.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve software bugs and system bottlenecks.
- Experience with codebase refactoring and complex feature implementation in large-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and foundational computer science concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
- Familiarity with secure coding, application security, OWASP/CWE, or related security practices.
- Ability to complete interview and assessment stages without outside assistance.
- Ability to meet minimum weekly task submission requirements.
- Availability to start within 24–48 hours after completing onboarding if selected.
